Second Time's The Charm
If I only rave about one thing here, it's consignment shopping. Buying firsthand for some things (lingerie, swimsuits, socks, etc.) makes absolute sense. But if you want to find stand-out articles of clothing, at reasonable prices, you HAVE to search secondhand. Many people scoff at the notion of wearing a piece some one else has already broken in, but if you want to cut straight to quality garments and avoid cheaply-made, mass-produced norms, you're going to have to deal with it.
B&W Coat
Store: 2nd Time Around
This is my absolute favorite store in the entire world. It's going to show up a lot.
Pink skirt
Store: Tallulah's
Brand: Mika & Gala
I'm very sad (but also pleased) by the fact that this isn't a chain. Located by the Plymouth waterfront, it's well worth a visit if you're already stopping by the overrated yet still awesome-sauce rock.
Patterned Shirt
Store/Brand: LOFT
One of the few popular stores I'd openly endorse. I never purchase anything outside of their clearance section though. Perfect for basics.
